Front Office Manager – Boutique Hotel

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Front Office Manager to lead our front office operations at a boutique hotel. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and possess strong leadership and organizational skills.

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 3- 4 years of front office experience in a reputable hotel.
  • Previous supervisory or management experience in a front office environment is preferred.
  • Mandatory proficiency in Opera Cloud PMS.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests and team members.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Well-groomed, professional, and customer-focused personality.
  • Flexible and willing to work shifts
