Credit Officer

Reports To: Head of Credit

Manage corporate credit accounts, ensure accurate billing, minimize risk, and drive timely collections while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and approve credit applications
• Set and monitor credit limits
• Ensure accurate billing for corporate & group accounts
• Track receivables and follow up on payments
• Reconcile accounts and resolve billing disputes
• Collaborate with Front Office, Sales & Reservations
• Prepare credit and collections reports
• Enforce compliance with credit policies

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the same field (hospitality preferred)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• PMS knowledge (Opera/IDS is an advantage)
