RECEPTIONIST

 

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests and clients, ensuring a warm welcome while providing efficient front desk services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner
  • Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently
  • Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate guest records and reservations
  • Process payments and issue receipts
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Adhere to company policies and standard operating procedures

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality Management, Front Office Operations, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role (preferably in hospitality)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems (e.g., Opera is an added advantage)
