RECEPTIONIST
Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests and clients, ensuring a warm welcome while providing efficient front desk services.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate guest records and reservations
- Process payments and issue receipts
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Adhere to company policies and standard operating procedures
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality Management, Front Office Operations, or a related field
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role (preferably in hospitality)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems (e.g., Opera is an added advantage)
